Help support Le Lab's innovation initiatives for community members of all ages!

Did you know that the vast majority of Le Lab's public programming is offered free of charge to our audiences? Each year, thousands of visitors--from school groups to companies to nonprofits interested in the innovation economy--come through our doors to participate in free programming at Le Laboratoire. Our community objective at Le Lab is to present projects and programs where art and design experiments situated at the frontiers of science will lead to learning, cultural exchanges, and breakthrough ideas. Le Lab brings to Cambridge, and the Greater Boston area, an experience that allows visitors a unique learning opportunity to explore, to socialize, to network, and most importantly to participate in the cultural and scientific conversations that motivate innovation.

Providing free programs helps to make sure that visitors of all ages and from all income levels can participate in innovation programming.

Current public programming includes:

  • Exhibitions--Free access to Le Lab's exhibitions help to engage new audiences in the cutting-edge innovations explored at Le Lab. Since our opening in 2014, we have helped thousands of audience members to investigate the connection between sound and health, how scent delivery can change our lives and our aesthetic experiences.

  • Public Programs--Throughout the 2017-18 season, the Learning @ Le Lab event series will provide free talks showcasing the ideas of a variety of speakers to audiences from varied disciplines and sectors of the community.

  • Organizational Partners--As part of Le Lab's mission to support our local and global innovation communities, we provide free events and public programming space to select organizational partners. In 2017, this list has included the Boston Museum of Science, NOVA, and the Consul General of France, to name just a few.

Please consider helping us to continue providing free programming through a donation today. Your support is critical in achieving our goal of being an innovation hub for the community in greater Boston and worldwide.
